Summary: Very friendly staff. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free breakfast with lots to choose from. Very happy with all of it.

Summary: Pool was hot n dirty. Housekeeping never brought new towels after I asked twice. I had to personally go and get them replaced. Cable was worse than a lower end motel. Only like 20 channels and the guide showed one thing and the channel showed something different. Water pressure was low and wanter was only hot not cold in the sink and shower. Not satisfied as I should be with how expensive the nights were. Breakfast earned a few points back. But with kids and wanting to swim this will have to be reconsidered if I will stay again or not.

Summary: Upon arrival, check in was easy and fast. In the room, the bed looked slept in. Initially the housekeeping manager just tugged the bedsheet and said, "is that okay?" I said "no" I wanted clean and fresh linens or another room. They stated no other rooms were available. When I said the phone is not working, they gave us another room. After arriving home, I realized that I left my shirt in the mini closet...of course, they said, "nothing was found by housekeeping." The room was very humid. The front desk lady was kind. She was the one who ordered another room for us. She also turned on the lights in the dining area the evening we were working late in the dining room. Breakfast was good.
