The apartment is located close to the beach, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Port Everglades (cruise port), Dania Beach Casino and Seminole Hard Rock Casino too. If you do not want to be to far from the airport, but close to the beach, restaurants, casino and THE 5th LARGEST MALL IN THE USA, this location would be perfect!
It is great for families and groups.
This property has a large shared patio, a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill (propane provided!) and a gorgeous bathroom. There is a new dock, that can be used for relaxing or parking your boat (might include an extra charge).
It has1 queen-size air mattress (super comfy - sleeps 2).

All windows have blinds and it is also located on a quiet street. Although this home is close to the airport, it is sound isolated (as in triple impact windows, studio recording level of insulation, and so on).

Summary: I enjoyed my stay so much that i extended it for another day. The house was clean and spacious. I love the lake and scenery. The patio was big with enough furniture for a gathering. I will definitely book them again.

Summary: Overall impression and stay was a good one. There is only one bathroom and the tub kept getting back up. We tried to plunge it several times but i suspect it needs a good cleaning of the pipes. For the size of the property and it being able to house up to 6 people the mini fridge is a bit understated. It also had a leak and freezer didn't work. But i would suggest putting in a small but full size fridge and freezer. We alerted the property manager so i would make sure those things are addressed. It is located on a nice canal but not able to really enjoy it since all of the vegetation was severely over grown even to get to the front door. Out side of some minor hiccups the place was nice, clean and exactly what the listing said.
