Summary: My group rents a home in south Florida at the same time every year. First the NEEDS improvement: PRICE was a bit high for this property. I understand inflation, but not this big jump compared to prior years or other properties. The biting bugs did just that during the day and night (in the check-in info we were warned). Back bathroom had a bit of a stale scent. The TV kept buffering and we could not enjoy the shows. The GOOD: location was eight mins from the airport. Sufficient parking to accommodate all guest. Property was clean (pool could have done with a cleaning right before the visit, but it was still usable). Mgmt was responsive. Property was large enough to accommodate the group. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the property to others. Cheers.

Management was friendly and helpful. My family really enjoy the house and we like how near the house was to the beach and stores.
