Summary: Great stay and staff!

Summary: no hand bars in the shower area to allow for assistance in showering. Rooms were only cleaned on request and garbage was not picked up unless requested.

Summary: The hotel itself is great, but the breakfast arrangement is not ideal. They provide coupons to use at Lakes Restaurant located in the same building. While the food is quite good, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff at the restaurant may be overwhelmed by the morning rush of hotel guests and they don’t even pretend to hide their frustration. As a result, you can end up feeling like an unwelcome guest, definitely not the experience you expect from an otherwise excellent hotel.

Summary: There wasn't anything to dislike about the property. Had a great sleep in a comfortable bed. The room was large enough to relax in. Plenty of plug in's. We usually try for a breakfast included hotel, and this one doesn't support that. I did miss that
