Positive: The location was great. Not far off the freeway and many great stores and places to eat nearby.

Negative: The staff was not very attentive or responsive. Although, stated that they had a “restaurant/bar” for food we waited 10-minutes with no one offering support. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am and was not ready until almost 7 am.

Positive: Room was comfortable, quiet and clean, bed was super comfy! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Negative: We've stayed in Holiday Inn hotels for decades and this is the first time we didn't have a microwave or fridge in the room! It totally surprised us, and disappointing since we'd purchased food to reheat in our room after a very long drive. Front desk clerk was super nice about it and let us use the microwave in the lobby but it felt awkward. We had to run to get ice to put in our cooler a couple times during our stay to keep our food from spoiling. We'll definitely look at the small print before booking again.

Positive: Location was fine for one night stay, enough space for parking. Shops and restaurants was nearby. The room was big enough, beds were comfortable. You can use ice machine, microwave at the reception, washing machine and dryer for 4 USD each. There is also gym and swimming pool - both really small. Breakfast was sufficient in relation to price for the stay. But there was not many choices - eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, melon, pancakes, butter, jam, coffee, juice, cereals, milk. We would appreciate more fresh food. The price was pretty much nice for what we got.

Negative: There was some smell in the room - probably from air condition. Breakfast - as I wrote above we would appreciate more fresh food and better choices. But as it was included in the price for the room, its ok. The employee doesn't look really friendly, not only us have to ask to refill what was missing... There was no fridge in the room. You have to pay deposit 100 USD for the room and then wait quite some time to get it back - but it's nothing unusual there I would say.

Negative: Location(dodgy part of town), only 2 towels for the handicap bathroom that leaks water all over the bathroom floor and was very slippery. There needs to be more towels to help cover the floor and clean up the water. No continental breakfast. Cheaper places have complimentary breakfast.
