Summary: Long wait at reception to be told that as i booked through Hotels.com my booking did not confirm a room so i had a choice between a twin or accessible double, this has never happened before when booking a Holiday Inn. Room was expensive to then be charged an additional £10 for 1 nights parking. The desk in my room was higher for wheelchair access but the desk chair was too low which made working difficult and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was discoloured at the bottom and the wetroom looked worn and a bit mouldy.
