Positive: Absolutely loved everything about this place. The atmosphere was calming. The bath is amazing. The design of it is so comfortable. The garden is just wow. Cannot express how beautiful this place is and if your looking for a calm peaceful get away for few days this place is amazing. The decor they have about gives that calmness energy. Never use the kitchen other than making a cupper, the whole place was in excellent clean condition. Felt homely and comfortable. The person who we introduced to at the beginning of our stay was friendly, kind and helpful with any questions. Also got extra discounts towards adventure island that made them go beove and beyond to make out stay pleasant. Also had amazing communication throughout our stay. Just friendly, polite and amazing person who let us stay in their holiday home. Would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a holiday home for how ever long you need. You'd get A Class communication, someone who goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. A+++ place. The title of this place really does say it all.

Negative: There was nothing major that really stands out, other then the light shades need a duster on due to cob webs. But again nothing major. We all get cobwebs and don't realise their there. :)

Positive: The property was lovely, Phil met us on arrival and gave us a tour around and information about things to do around the area and which way was best to get to the centre and beach. The property was very clean and felt like home. Loved feeding the fish first thing in the morning

Positive: Self contained with parking clean with supplies of tea or coffee. Simple things like USB outlets on sockets were great The garden was relaxing and well maintained. The security features were reassuring. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Sofas were relaxing after a long day at the sea side. Informative helpful and friendly host

Negative: Smart tv is usable but doesn’t have the seamless operation of a freeview box Perhaps local maps / takeaway menus could be left and definitely a guest book However we weren’t there for tv or takeaways

Positive: Excellent host, great communication and very accommodating. This House is exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything needed. Perfect location for ou r needs. Will definitely book again. Oh and we got to feed the lovely fish which was an added bonus 😉
