Summary: Great check-in experience, the hotel is a few mins from a tube and a great high street. Cafes, restaurants, shops and walking distance to nice parks. We loved being able to have a morning swim.

Summary: Check-in was excellent, and we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the garden. However, the room was disappointing—cramped space, poor amenities, and no drinking water provided. Accessing the wardrobe was a struggle. During a fire evacuation, there was no staff guidance, and with lights off, many guests were left disoriented and unsure where to go. Which felt unsafe.

Summary: Extremely small room, air conditioning makes loud noise, minimal sound proof bin truck woke us up at 6am even when we were on the 5th floor and windows closed.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay and especially the location. Would like to have a ramp at front entry for suitcases as well as from rear elevator to front desk. Did not know about the side ramp until our departure from hotel. It was behind the front desk hidden by a door. Would also like grab bars in shower.

Summary: The rooms were very small, especially the bathrooms. Our bathroom was very narrow and bathtub was very high to step up into. We are 62 and 65. It was very unsafe. Our daughters had two twins and there was no room to walk. Their air conditioner went out and could not be fixed. They brought a fan up for them to use. There were 90 degree days. Our last night they offered 50% off one night on the room or they could move them to a different room. We were leaving in the morning so we took the 50%. The girls didn’t want to pack twice before we departed. Anyone staying here, upgrade your room to a larger room.

Summary: We stayed at the holiday inn for one night , and over all it was an average stay , for the price paid we excepted more . The room was ever so small and lucky we didn’t have many suitcases otherwise the room was very tight . The hotel service in general was good the staff were helpful at a standard . We got to the hotel for 8 in the morning as we was there for an event an unfortunately we could not check in until 1500 which was awful waiting around and tired , we did ask if we can pay extra to check in early but answer was no . We checked in at 1500 and checked out at 1200 , that’s less that 24hr . There was pool and leisure facilities which we did not get to use but it’s convenient that they are included in the booking price . Breakfast was very average and very basic there isn’t much options so if you’re not fussed about lining your stomach with a standard breakfast then it’s suitable for you however if you’re vegetarian or of a Halal diet there isn’t much options . Again it was included in the price however I wouldn’t pay additional charges . When booking the hotel came up with parking available which is correct however with an additional charge ! Which isn’t made clear when booking online so be mindful when you book . Location overall is convenient and metro , isn’t far at all , there are bike docks to hire bikes which was convenient when getting around . Standard toiletries available and you can request for more via reception
