Beautiful 1st Floor, Victorian 2 Bedroom apartment situated on a quiet road in a fantastic location between South Kensington, Chelsea and Earls Court. The apartment is very close to the beautiful Redcliffe Square - a trendy and lovely area in London. Stunning private South West facing Roof Garden Terrace. Completely refurbished and renovated to high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one would need for a perfect stay. Bedrooms have high-quality beds & we only supply Egyptian Cotton Linen and best quality towels. There is a sofa bed in the Living Room. WIFI and TV.
Maximum 4 guests.
The 2nd bedroom has a quality small double bed, bedside table and drawers under the bed and is compact. There is extra hanging space just outside in the Living Room. Although our apartment is small it is very well kitted out. Perfectly located, where my husbanded I try much enjoying staying ourselves regularly as it is our second home.
We love that the apartment is in a great location allowing easy access to all that London has to offer, yet it is in a peaceful street and the Terrace is so lovely where one can relax at the end of a busy day and really unwind.
We also are happy to offer complimentary airport pick-up but subject to availability, where we meet you at Arrivals and drive you directly to our apartment for check-in.
5 mins walk away is Hollywood Road which has a bustling pub (serving great 'fish and chips') and there are several restaurants from a family pizza Italian to fine dining. We provide full directions and off a list of recommendations to all of our guests.
10 mins walk away is Chelsea's famous Kings Road, which is full of unique fashion boutiques / cafes and restaurants.
10 mins walk away is Chelsea football club (Stamford bridge) where you can take tours and visit this famous football stadium.
7 mins away is Brompton cemetery which is a favourite for locals to enjoy strolling through the gardens, seeing the historic graves dating back hundreds of years and there is also a lovely coffee shop at the entrance.
If you want to go further afield perhaps visiting Stonehenge or the historic town of Bath we can offer private custom day tours where we can design a tour around the sites you would like to see but also add in our own extensive experience of the English countryside / beautiful villages and castles, etc.

Summary: This is a gorgeous apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. The soaring ceilings and multiple mirrors make it feel bigger than it is. It is a great size for two or possibly three people. The terrace is idyllic and a wonderful place to have coffee. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Shelley gave me so much information that I felt less anxious about where to go and what to do. Earl's Court underground station is a 10-minute walk (or less if you walk fast) and will connect you to all of the locations you want to visit in London. The West Brompton station is in the same area, and we caught the trains there to travel to the countryside. Two grocery stores, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts (where you can grab a coffee before jumping on the tube), and many restaurants are within walking distance. It is a convenient and easy neighborhood, especially for those of us who have never traveled to London.Shelly had groceries for us catered to my vegan needs. She really cares about making your stay an amazing experience.I highly recommend this clean, bright, and comfortable place. We miss our beds and bedding so much! We didn't want to leave!

Summary: My husband, teenage daughter, and I stayed in this apartment for our vacation, and it was absolutely wonderful. Dave kindly picked us up from the airport—a thoughtful gesture that made our arrival so much easier. It was such a relief not to have to worry about finding an Uber or navigating on our own.Dave and Shelley also stocked the apartment with essentials like orange juice, cookies, bread, coffee, tea, and eggs—another generous and much-appreciated touch!The apartment is about a 12-minute walk to the Earl’s Court tube station, and the neighborhood is both beautiful and peaceful—an ideal retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The outdoor space was especially lovely; we spent time there relaxing, talking, and watching the birds.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything about the apartment made us feel right at home. All in all, a truly marvelous stay.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this lovely flat. Dave and Shelley were wonderful hosts, he even picked us up at the airport which was amazing. The flat was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the terrace was lovely, we didn’t get to enjoy it that much because it was too chilly the week we were there. The location was great and Dave and Shelley gave us some wonderful restaurantRecommendations. We very much enjoyed the restaurants a few blocks away on Hollywood Rd. . I will say that the flat is smaller than it appears in the photos-definitely a 2 person stay. Would stay here again tho!

Summary: This apartment is ideally located in Chelsea. The hosts, David and Shelly were the most wonderful people and we would stay there again. The area is gorgeous and there are many places to walk such as restaurants and shopping as well plus near the tube.. Out hosts basically went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous trip. Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shelley and Dave's flat. Super cute and cozy. We had everything we needed and more which began with a super helpful pick up from Heathrow airport. Dave delivered us to the flat and gave us keys and all the important info. There were even groceries left for us which made breakfast so so nice the next morning. They were very responsive to any and all questions and super helpful with tips about local restaurants and walks. The neighborhood is very nice on a quiet street and about a 7 min walk to the tube. Shelley and Dave are wonderful hosts that care.Cheers!

Summary: I stayed in Dave and Shelley's cozy flat for 2 weeks with my 26 year old son. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The two bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice bedding, great for a good night's sleep after long days sightseeing. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked by the hosts with lots of goodies, which was lovely and thoughtful. While we didn't cook, the kitchen has everything one needs, and there is a nice table for eating. The bathroom had everything we needed - shower over deep bath with plenty of hot water. We used the terrace during nice weather for tea, and it was lovely. The flat has very nice natural light and large windows, and was also immaculately clean. The street is quiet and the neighborhood nice and convenient. We used the underground, and walked all over everywhere, and it was way and safe. One of the nicest touches was that Dave picked me up from the airport, and showed me around the neighborhood before depositing me in the flat. It was so nice not to have to find my own way after a long, transatlantic flight. Dave and Shelley were both attentive and thoughtful both before and through our stay - I 'd happily stay there again when next in town!

Summary: Our journey started with a greeting from Dave at Heathrow, followed by a comfortable ride to the flat in his zippy & roomy red Tesla. Dave walked us through the ins & outs of the flat and provided us with generous provisions: bread, cheese, apples, grapes, eggs, milk, tea, coffee & more! Just what we needed after an overnight flight. We enjoyed dining at Hollywood Arms, Fox & Pheasant, Gail's Bakery but our favorite was The Ivy. Our flat was an easy walk to the tube, restaurants, & multiple grocery stores. A surprising bonus was Holy Trinity Brompton Church St. Luke's Earl's Court only a block away. It was a friendly and welcoming congregation and provided a church home away from home. Shelley's many communications and extensive London details with sites, restaurants and walks were much appreciated. We also checked out Stamford Bridge, Chelsea FC's stadium and Old Brompton Cemetery which are within walking distance from the flat. It was finally warm enough on our last day to enjoy the peacefulness of the lovely terrace which was a perfect end to our trip.

Summary: Highly recommend this cozy flat for a stay in London. It’s located in a quiet and easy to get too neighborhood in Chelsea. Owners were great to work with and are quick to respond to questions or a suggestion of what to do. The flat is near two tube stations, grocery store and restaurants. Lots of great streets to walk down and near the Thames river. The flat had plenty of room for the thee adults. Kitchen was well appointed to make meals or a snack. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Summary: Beautiful Apartment..Just as advertised. For several days we walked to the Uber boat at Chelsea harbour and found it a great way to get down town and to Greenwich. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful! Highly recommend.

Summary: Shelly & Dave are amazing hosts, their property in Chelsea/Kensington area is wonderful. Clean and very well maintained, beds are super comfortable. We really appreciated their offer of Dave picking us up from the airport and taking us to the apartment. It was one less thing we had to worry about after taking a long red-eye flight. When we arrived he gave us a quick tour of the apartment and some info about the neighborhood. They also had some light snacks waiting for us as well. The apartment is conveniently located and on a quiet street, with a quick walk to Earls Court station. Making it super easy to hop on the Tube/Underground. There are many great coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores located in the area. From the moment we booked the apartment Shelly made it very easy to communicate and was very timely with her responses. It was our first time visiting London, she provided us with a long and wonderful list of places to see and things to do in and around the city. It was a pleasure staying at their apartment. Do not hesitate to rent this property!
