Summary: Gorgeous room (we’d been given a complimentary upgrade). Very polite staff, wonderful hotel. Breakfast was lovely, but I’m glad we had a hotels.com discount as I don’t think it is worth the full price. Love all the artwork around the hotel, and the fact this is the largest single private collection of Sem’s work.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Milestone. Our family was traveling with our baby and the staff was incredibly accommodating, providing a crib and excellent service. The staff at the hotel was second to none and catered to our every need. Between the service, the classic London charm, and wonderful accommodations we were impressed by every part of our stay at the Milestone. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Summary: A hotel in a very good location. Small scale means that the guest is paid attention. As it is England it is not perfection but that is compensated by the staff really making an effort and correcting the small detours.

Summary: The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel.
