Summary: Room was beautiful and very clean. Air conditioner in room struggled to keep our room cool...it stayed at about 75°F. The small fridge was handy, but it didn't cool at all. Had a very small pool area, and the water in the pool had a sheen look to it floating on the top. The free morning breakfast was so good. Lots and lots of choices, both hot and cold. Staff was wonderful and very friendly.

Summary: We had bugs in our room. Flying ants, I was told. They offered us points because the hotel was sold out and they couldn’t give us another room. We had to stay in the room with the flying ants because we had no where else to go.
