Summary: Clean room, comfortable, amenities ok. Need hot chocolate available as not everyone likes coffee. Seperate switch for bathroom fan as it's very noisy would be nice. Air conditioner is also loud.

Summary: Checked in late at night due and ask the front desk for room that would be quiet so that we could sleep in. He gave us a look and told us that we would be on the first floor. He didn’t really answer the question so I asked him again for a room that would be quiet since we were checking in late and he said that it would be. Walking down the hall we replaced right across from the fitness room. Between 6 AM and 830 the amount of times I could hear doors opening and closing was ridiculous. Also, I had to call the front desk at 8 AM because the cleaning ladies were in the hallway talking on their cell phones on speaker. I could also hear a dog barking in the lobby down the hall. Overall, the bed was nice and the room was cool and I guess that’s all you can ask for. But for the price I expect expected a little bit more. Otherwise I could’ve stayed in any of the cheaper ones down the road.

Summary: We came in a day early and the front desk was so helpful. She changed our reservation and put a note in for us to stay in the same room. This was so comforting after a long two days of driving! Your breakfast and staff are amazing! They kept the breakfast area stocked, clean and are so friendly!!!
