Positive: The hotel staff is superb! Super friendly, welcoming, everyone spoke decent English! All our requests were addressed on time. The room is good value for money. But I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for their instant solution of my problem. The thing is I forgot some of my clothes in the room after I had already checked out. I was in another city and my flight back home was the next morning. I talked to the manager and she suggested to send my clothes with express delivery. It was supposed to take 2-3 days. And what do you think! The next day right before I headed to the airport, the courier had arrived!!! I could not believe it. Many many thanks to your excellent service! :)

Positive: Location is very good. Breakfast was great with many choices and everything was so clean. Staff was very helpful.

Negative: They need more washer machines because thry only have 2 and they are always busy.

Negative: The wifi did not work neither or my laptop or mobile. The gym is not exactly a fitness room. .

Positive: The hotel is located just a two minute walk from the metro station so it was very convenient to get around the city. The buffet breakfast was very large with a great selection of delicious food. The staff were very professional and kind and my room was amazing

Positive: All stuff on the reception they are really helpful super kind and nice. The. Room view is fantastic Nice coffee in the reception 3 Metro stations 200m away The hotel is a little far from down town, but metro is close. Many halal food around Many many convenient stores. 3 bakery stores in the metro station A Chinese bank about 100m away you can change money.

Positive: It was a great stay! Large, clean room with very comfortable beds. There was also a lot of variety for breakfast in the morning. We arrived a little early and the staff was kind enough to allow us to check in early as they already had a room cleaned. The hotel is also just a short walk away from the closest subway station. There was also a convenience store right across the street as well.

Negative: No mini-fridge in the room (though it wasn't too bad as everything else about the stay was great)
