Summary: We arrived super late and staff was super friendly and got us to our room fast. Property was clean and the breakfast the next morning was delicious!

Summary: We go to Destin every summer and this is our overnight stay for the night before. It’s kind of a tradition at this point. The staff are always friendly and hotel is exactly what we need. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Summary: Our air conditioner never worked properly. We talked to 3 different people about it and only one even came to look at it. No offer to change rooms, not even an offer for a fan.

Summary: Check in was very efficient and simple. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only thing, we had 4 people in the room with only 3 towels and rags. But we went to front desk and they gave us extra.

Summary: The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortably furnished but was not very clean. The window sill was deep and had not been cleaned or even dusted in some time. One window pane was broken and the other had a failed double pane seal. On first glance, the bathroom looked clean but the toilet seat & lid were up at check-in. When the lid was closed the area behind the seat was in need of serious, rubber glove ÷ disinfectant cleaning. We reported these at checkout.

Summary: Was a great stay. Employees were very kind and helpful. Stayed in a handicap accessible room with 2 queen beds and was plenty of room even with my husbands electric wheelchair.
