Summary: The room had roaches. I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and never seen roaches like I did this trip. Last time I saw a few and now it’s a whole family. The night clerk got an attitude with me because I rung the alert buzz and yelled for me to stop and I could’ve just knocked on the glass. There’s no sign instructing guests to do such and I’m only doing what the buzz was installed for. This may be the last time I stay at this hotel. As a loyal customer I expect better than that.
