Summary: Other than some disappointment with breakfast, our stay was excellent. The manager was accomodating, and the front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent.

Summary: Everything went smoothly until the morning of check out. We came back to our room at about 9:30 and the housekeepers had already emptied half of our room throwing some of our things away. We asked multiple times if any of them in the hallway knew where the stuff went and no one had answers. Check out was not until 11. When we went to the front desk and complained around 10 am we were told they would look into it, they tell the staff not to do it until after check out and they’ll be retrained. Super not happy. I’ve never had this happen at a hotel before, thankful we didn’t leave anything worth a lot of value. Would not stay here again.

Summary: The bed was great. Overall clean. The tub needs replaced - water took forever to drain. There’s obviously paint touch ups everywhere since the color/sheen don’t match. Including on the ceiling which was concerning since I stayed on a lower level. Noise from the parking lot, hallway and adjacent rooms could be clearly heard. So many conversations to be a part of. I didn’t realize until I was in bed and too exhausted to request a room change, but there was no blackout curtain in my room, only the shear. And that had a tear in it. The site light in the parking lot was basically a lantern directed into the room and at the head of both beds. I had to make a wall of pillows to block the light from shining on my face so I could sleep. The people were nice, but I won’t be staying here again.

Summary: I am just a lil upset when I placed this order for the hotel for my best friends birthday she asked for a pool and free breakfast .. it said that breakfast was included it never said that we had to pay ot said that it was included then when we get here and we ask prices we get the run around it was very much not happy with the way the employees treated us when we asked question
