Summary: Pros: Fin rummelig lejlighed til en stor familie. Området var roligt og beboet af lokale, med en autentisk stemning. Kort gåafstand til gode dagligvarehandle muligheder. Fin lokal strand. Summary: Pros: We are pleased with our stay in Pedro´s and Rosa´s house, as all the way from booking to departure has been very courteous with quick feedback. The house is a townhouse, located with courtyard (shared with others in the community) with two pools and large green areas. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival, access to both shower towels and beach towels. The first floor consisted of combined kitchen and living room, bathroom and a double bedroom, as well as exit to two ground terraces. The second floor, where you can find the other two bedroom, is located in a basement, it was quite dark with only small built-in windows, it felt and smelled a little damp. The house is located close to busstop, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes walk to La Mata center.

Summary: Pros: We had the most wonderful stay at Rosa&Pedros place in La Mata. The accommodation was perfect for us as a family of four with two small kids(age 4&1) Having the bedrooms downstairs meant they stayed nice and cool during the day and night! So much living space...inside and outside! The house had all that we needed as a home from home and it was so comfortable. The location was perfect. Overlooking one of the complex pools and less than a 10minute walk to the beautiful beaches of la mata and all of the restaraunts! We will definitely be back!
