Summary: We stayed in this apartment for 2,5 weeks and were really satisfied with it. It has everything you need, even a washing machine. From the living area you have a nice view on the swimming pool. It is close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and intend to go back there. surrounding apartment

Summary: The apartment was close to the beach (los locos) and has a nice swimming pool. New bathroom and releaxed roof terrace. We didn’t need any more to have a great two weeks. Welcome present from the owners and a very nice host that welcomed us!

Summary: We stayed for two months and we had a great time. You have a lot of space inside and outside. In summer it would be even much better because there comes no sun in the house or on the balconies. Only on the rooftop you can sit in the sun. The bathroom needs an upgrade but we heard that's what the owners have planned to do. The kitchen is quite new and has everything you need. You're at the beach in two minutes walk! It's the most quiet part so that's great. And it's a nice 10 minutes walk on the boulevard to the more busy part if you want. The bed linen and the couch is a bit dingy. But everything was clean. There's no place for a bike so beware of that if you want to hire one for more than a day. We didn't know (we didn't asked before) so we had to carry one bike two floors upstairs (there's no elevator) to our balcony. A lady downstairs was so kind to let our other bike in the garage but we could only get the bike if she was at home to unlock the door. The contact with the owners of the apparent and the man who does the check in and out was very pleasant. We think it's a great place to stay for anyone!

Summary: the apartment was clean. it looks bigger in the photos. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of amenities. The double bed is very small and the mattresses are uncomfortable and are also very thin. The swimming pool is neat, but it is not suitable for children. They are not allowed to play with a ball or on an air mattress, they must play quietly. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. There are many supermarkets nearby, within walking distance. nice boulevard with delicious restaurants. And the center is also nearby.

Summary: We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. Apartment has everything you can think of including bags, inflatables and chairs for the beach. We had one small issue with WiFi which the owners were quick to help us on. The local host was also very accommodating. All in all we had a lovely stay. With a few minor improvements (new bedding, New towels) and a few very minor faults fixed, this could be even better. Thank you for letting us stay in your apartment! We may well return again to enjoy the beautiful weather. John

Summary: Great property , great location , just by playa de los locos . Central for everything. My only criticism would be that as a standard across the world , generally, bed sheets and pillow cases are included and expected as part of your booking. It seems totally wrong to try and charge these as extras.

Summary: I want to be really honest.. To help others. The property was lovely.. I liked lots... The decor....painting etc.. The ikea sofa.. The roof terrace. The tv channels.. Great wifi.. Shop near by... Loved the swimming pool.. Easy access.... AC was good... Kitchen was awesome.. The security was great.. Iron etc But I wouldn't go back... Because it felt like hard work.. The stairs were to much..2 flights.. The inside apt stairs were to narrow...and a bit difficult ...noisy The roof terrace beds altho comfy.. Required waterproof covers on and off.. They were difficult for me to get on.. The AC had buckets that you had to empty regular...down the toilet.. Really annoying...fearful they would over flow . An egg smell came from the drains when you pulled bath plug... Had to strip beds and tidy up before we left..even tho we paid 120 for cleaner.. I also thought the place was not very clean....tidy tho Windows were very dirty.. The main issue I had was that someone decided to do building work on one of the apt terraces.. 5 days of drilling and banging...it was to much.. This would suit healthy young people... But for me it just reminded me that on holiday.. I want to do nothing.. Large place...worth the money...but not for me..
