Superb Villa constructed in 2011 offering over 280m2 of stylish modern accommodation.
The villa is located in the heart of Los Balcones, a quiet & pretty suburb on the outskirts of Torrevieja and next to the famous pink salt lakes of Torrevieja
The villa accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living dining and kitchen area all bathed in sunlight with large doors opening onto a shaded terrace, perfect for dining alfresco. There is also a Double bedroom plus shower room on ground floor, stairs leading to the lower ground floor which leads to a guest bedroom 5 (contains a sofa bed only for guest 9). On the first floor is master bedroom suite with private bathroom & walk-in wardrobes which opens onto a large private Terrace with comfortable sofa seating. Great place to relax and take in the fabulous views of the pink salt lake of Los Balcones and city of Torrevieja. On the first floor is another Double Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom plus a third Bathroom
The villa has full air-conditioning to all rooms (except bedroom 5), electric window sunblind’s to all rooms, TV with satellite (Norwegian plus English channels) WIFI internet installed, DVD Player , Music system. Modern furnishings, LED colour changing lights, Outside is spacious garden with high walled surround, Grassed areas, large seating area, 11 meter x 3 meters private Swimming Pool . The garden and pool area light up of a night time, 7 sunbeds . The villa will comfortable accommodate 8 guests (maximum 9 guests using sofa bed in lower ground floor bedroom 5).
Local Restaurants, bars shops major supermarket etc. all less than 10 minutes walk, Local park only 5 minutes walk with football and basketball pitches, ping pong tables, children´s play area , exercise park, picnic area and green zones . A car is recommended as you will need it for the Beach, (nearest beach is a 7 minute drive) if you don't have a car there is a good local taxi & bus service in the Los Balcones area . Summary: The home is more beautiful than the photos depict. The garden is rather large, very interesting with many things for the children to do, beyond swimming. The property is gated, very safe (the neighbourhood is very safe, too!). Very thoughtfully done. The view is stunning. Everything worked well. We are very pleased with our experience and would recommend others to stay there.!

Summary: From the initial enquiry to the end of our stay Angela was great! The villa was exactly as described and a real home from home. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The villa is within walking distance of the filton centre which has a large supermarket and a few restaurants. The area is very quiet, we did not have a car so we got taxis everywhere. Villamartin plaza is worth a visit and La Zenia Boulavard and Playa Flamenca. We will definitely return!

Summary: We had a fantastic 10 day holiday in los balcones, the villa was more than we expected, absolutely beautiful, everything mentioned about the villa was correct, the property was absolutely spotless and in great condition, the welcome we received upon arrival was really impressive, very helpful. We would highly recommend a stay at this villa, you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday, a big thank you to the owner, and some day would definately like to return, the weather was beautiful as well Jay D

Summary: The villa is even better than the pictures. It was immaculate when we arrived, you couldn't wish for anything more. Most days spent relaxing by the pool. the layout was excellent for us, it is suitable for groups and children. The facilities in the villa was great. The agents were really helpful and there is excellent customer service between you and the agent, they cant do enough to help. There is plenty around, I would recommend car hire and all bars and restaurants are a short drive away. Most of our time was spent in the via parks which are a group of bars and restaurants, plenty for everyone. There is a super market next to the main centre which is really reasonable and stocks plenty of English food. I couldn't have asked for a better holiday.
