Kilkhampton village, which is a nice 5 minute walk along Penstowe Road, has 2 great pubs, 3 convenience stores, 1 Chinese take away, pizza takeaway and a chip shop.
Just 4 miles from Bude and 2 miles from sandymouth beach.
All bedding is supplied and also a bath mat and tea towels. You just have to bring your own towels.

Summary: Great property, nice base for going to bude, and tintagle. It was very quiet there and plenty of room in the chalet for the 4 of us. Was clean, tidy and had everything there we need even had games to play for the evenings. Went out the one night to the local (London inn) and the was live music. Would defo stay again

Summary: I was impressed with how immaculate the property was upon arrival & have done our best to leave it as we found it. It was in a peaceful location, so we slept well. Great that there was a room for us & one for the children. Everything needed was there & we had means to communicate with the owner, Dave, if we needed anything or had an queries. Made use of the fridge & lovely to be able to shower. He did tell us to bring our own towels which was fair enough. Instructions to get there were lovely & clear. It was an ideal base for our trip to Bude which was stunning & had a sea pool/lido. Thanks 😊

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was just as described, very welcoming and well laid out. A 10 minute drive to the beach and close to so many attractions. We would love to stay again soon!
