Positive: Our roundhouse was fantastic, with super-comfy beds and a really spacious, good-quality bathroom. The kitchenette area had everything we needed and each roundhouse has its own little outdoor area with a picnic bench and a fabulous hot tub. We were also offered the use of a laundry room, with dryer, and shown a little storeroom full of board games and books to borrow if we would like to. If you have young children, there are animals on the farm, including chickens, goats and pigs, which you can help to feed. All in all, it was a really lovely break and we would recommend East Thorne to anyone looking for a base in the Bude area.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Summary: Quirky, very comfortable accommodation in a great location.

Positive: This was our second visit to East Thorne and it was just as great! The round houses with hot tubs are so lovely and you’re just a few mins drive from some beautiful beaches. The animal feeding with Adam was a particular highlight. We’d definitely stay again.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: Amazing place to stay with owners that are super accommodating and willing to spend that extra bit of time with you. Our boys loved the animals and no question was left unanswered nor were they hurried out of the feeding time. Having visited Cornwall for over 20 years this is by far our favourite place and ideal if you are with a group. There is attention to detail that makes this place a cut above the rest. We are super happy we found it! Thank you A++++++
