Positive: We had an amazing stay at this apartment and my family loved it! The location couldn’t be better. It felt cozy and homey, and the bedroom view overlooking the old town and river was just beautiful. Tram stops are really close (just 2–5 minutes away), and it’s an easy walk to Zurich HB and a Coop—both under 10 minutes. Plus, right behind the building, there are these alleys full of shops and restaurants. Such a nice area to walk around and explore, even at night. They also have cleaning materials available so you can clean up a bit (we stayed here for 4d3n).

Negative: Cleanliness could be improved (we found a ball of hair and dust under the bed). Maybe add another cabinet to store clothes. No lifts available, and our room was on the 4th floor. But instead of carrying the luggage, we just stored it at Zurich HB and brought backpacks.
