Summary: Great breakfast! Friendly staff, & we loved the family room.
Salman Sep 2, 2026 11:12:33 PM
Summary: Clean room and walkable to train station
Joseph Aug 31, 2026 01:13:55 AM
Summary: Kevin at the front desk was amazing. When our A/C went off at 9 pm he came up and tried to fix the problem it worked for another 4 hours. I was disappointed when one person told me the airport shuttle was 38 Francs for first person and additional 5 francs each person after that. I made areservation for two. When driver showed up he said it would be 70. Little time to haggle as we needed to get to airport.

Summary: Great location. Hotel is tired. Paint pealing in bathroom. Mattress is soft. No fridge. Only one bedside table. No AC. Fan was not adequate. Ceiling fan would have been better, towels were thread bare. Breakfast is not value for money. Staff very pleasant and location in the old town is excellent.

Summary: Kevin from the front desk was the best part of our stay. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were dry and salty. The rooms were small. The cleaning staff needs training. The room amenities never got placed . Oh wait, something dis get left- a used cleaning rag on the toilet. This is not meant to be a mean review . The location is perfect. The hotel itself is very sweet after the renovation is complete, with better staff, it could be a true gem.
A-M-U Behzad Aug 18, 2026 03:04:42 AM
Summary: Excellent breakfast and the Lady their was very friendly and attentive. Provided free water and sodas + great coffee in the room Top location to walk the city
Vyvyan Aug 15, 2026 08:07:00 PM
Summary: The front desk staff was outstanding. The perfect people to run the front of the house. The bed was super comfortable. It had air-conditioning, which was absolutely critical. The location is on a pedestrian road with lots of shops and cafés; just a short, walk to the downtown shopping area. Because it’s on a pedestrian road, there’s a short walk from drop off to the hotel.
sharon ka suet Aug 9, 2026 08:32:50 PM
Summary: I liked that they added a portable air conditioner in the room which is a very large size for 3 people. The bathroom is a bit small though.
KENNETH Aug 3, 2026 07:14:21 PM
Summary: Air conditioning machine in room worked but fair at best. Otherwise small room but comfortable. Great location, would stay there again. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
