Summary: Absolutely gorgeous hotel! This was my first time in Zürich and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel staff was incredible: they stored our luggage, suggested places to eat and places to see, they even let us borrow their umbrella for the day when we ran into inclement weather. Truly, an example of what a 10 star guest experience is like. If you’re looking for history, great food and also enjoy wandering old towns like we do, you found it-this is your place.

Summary: This was a great place to stay in Zurich. In old town 10 min walk from the train station and all tram lines. The patio and lounge areas were quiet and a nice place to unwind outside of the room. Our room was big for Europe standards and overlooked the public plaza. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of choices. Would stay there again.
