Welcome to Paradise in Fort Myers! One of the only waterfront properties in the area with an expansive private 130' natural sand beach and a 150' boardwalk dock with boating utility. 6 Bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in this one of a kind resort style home with seclusion, safety, and privacy.
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, complete with a large gourmet granite kitchen, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Original 1910 fireplaces in the living and master bedroom. Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors throughout the main residence. Wrap around 1st floor balcony and 2nd floor balcony accessible from the master and guest bedroom.
The new guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; it also has its own living room, kitchen, and balcony with waterfront views. Although not historic like the main house, the guest house has a modern theme and offers privacy of its own.
Enjoy the custom designer pool and waterfall spa. The new pool bar with seating and entertainment is sure to be a hit. Includes a Weber Gas Grill for all your outdoor cooking needs. Summary: My wife and I, along with one other couple stayed here for a week. The experience was fantastic and everything we wanted for our time there. As others have said, the outdoor area is truly unique and the pictures somehow don’t do it justice. It’s like having your own personal resort. The inside was very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is the best outside setup. Fabulous pool, spa and patio area. Very private. Lush landscaping. Beautiful sunsets from back patio every night. House was great. We had 8 people and plenty of room. Master bedroom, bath and closet are huge. Property manager very responsive. House was clean. Had all the essentials for cooking. Quick drive to Publix and restaurants.

Summary: The property was beautiful. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic. There is a bar, fridge and bathroom by the pool area which is very convenient so no one has to go into the house for anything. The house is gorgeous. The beds were extremely comfortable so we all slept great. It was a little far from the beach for us, mainly because it was spring break time so a 20 minute drive took 50 minutes if you did not want to wake up at the crack of dawn to get to the beach. I felt very safe in the location. It is near the downtown area which has lots of restaurants and bars and shopping. James , the owner, was very easy to work with and always responded to us right away. I would definitely recommend this property. Very peaceful, and if I would not have had two teenagers with me, I probably would have never left the property. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: Fantastic outdoor living area, the pool and grotto were a big hit. Perfect for us to relax and enjoy the FL sun. The bar area with the refrigerators and extra bath was appreciated. The views, sunsets, and landscaping were great. The beds comfortable, house spacious for those that needed to work at times. The property manager, James was great. Answered all questions promptly, great to work with. Loved our stay and would consider coming back.

Summary: We had 4 adult couple stay at this beautiful house! It was perfect for us! The property was gorgeous! Most of our time was spent at the awesome pool, hot tub and bar area. Lots to do within 10 miles of the house. You can find everything you need close by. The owners were very attentive to our call/texts and needs. Definitely recommend!

Summary: Our group included six adults and we stayed at the home for a week. The property was very clean and well decorated. There was plenty of seating both indoors and out. The beds were all very comfortable! We used the pool and hot tub daily. The controls were very easy to use. We spent most of our time outdoors by the pool and poolside bar. There were 2 full size refrigerators (one with ice and water) in the outside bar area plus a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house had a lot of stairs so it was nice to have the extra bathroom down poolside. We enjoyed the sunsets nightly as well as the morning sunrises on the pier. The laundry was fully equipped including detergent and we used the washer and dryer a few times. This home had more than enough room for our group and there were spaces to get away if someone wanted some quiet time without having to resort to your bedroom. There was an ice cream truck that drove through the neighborhood each afternoon. Plus the owner sent us some delicious cupcakes as a nice surprise! If you are contemplating a visit to Fort Myers, I would highly recommend this property!!!

Summary: The property is beautiful, meticulously clean and even more beautiful than the photos. We were there for 3 weeks and our family enjoyed the pool, beach and the outdoor spa. The outdoor grill was clean and easy to use. Four of us were working remotely and there was plenty of room for each of us to have a private space in which to work. The House was well appointed with beautiful, clean linens. The bathrooms were very clean and beautiful. Extra refrigerators downstairs were perfect for storing extra provisions. The grounds and pool were kept meticulous. The property manager was exceedingly helpful, very responsive, kind and polite. This is a perfect location, particularly during covid when you want to stay on site.

Summary: We experienced a couple of issues, but the owners were quick to respond, though there was a continued problem. In our opinion, not enough chairs on porches for a group to sit and enjoy the sunset. Could use a little more TLC on cleanliness.

Summary: When we were looking for a rental for a social distancing vacation, our criteria was pretty high. We wanted a single family home with a pool, a hot tub, and it had to be on the water. Everything in the Carolinas was booked, even the properties well out of our price range. We expanded the search to Florida and found this amazing property. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this historic house ticked just about all the boxes. The immaculate landscaping made us feel like we were in the tropics. So lush and beautiful. The heated pool, and grotto spa were amazing. The house itself was quiet, and built like a tank. The stairs to the bedroom level didn’t make a squeak. The kitchen was a good size, but we were so used to a gas grill, the electric range took some time to get used to. There was a huge wrap around deck, but only a couple of chairs, and NO seating on the screened in deck. The outdoor covered wet bar came in VERY handy, along with the pool level bathroom with “outdoor” shower. The dock was great to look at, but we couldn’t use the boat. It would have been great to be able to rent the boat, or have the dock empty for a boat rental from a local company, like many of the Cape Coral rentals have. The master suite was bigger than most average sized apartments, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very large, but a door between the bedroom and bathroom would have been preferred. The outdoor spaces were pure magic. A real river paradise. Would rent again! Pros: Great pool (the pics online don’t do it justice), spa, loaded kitchen, laundry, and quiet location.
