Positive: It has everything you could need and a really nice decor and vibe to the place that makes you instantly comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent and the cleanliness and amenities are top notch.

Negative: Given the nature of the building you can hear people walking outside, in the hallways and any loud talking from neighbors.

Positive: Amazing location. Well furnished, trendy apartment. There is absolutely everything you need at this property , and more. The bed was very comfy.

Negative: City Construction!!! The streets and sidewalks surrounding the complex were all torn up and blocked off. It was very difficult to get into the building initially. The construction noise started around 7:30am. This is no fault of the property so I don’t blame them, and I’ll still give them full review stars. It’s just unfortunate to have to deal with the inconvenience.

Positive: It was spacious and a very interesting building - originally the John Deere Plow Co. It was a good location for us. Walkable to Rogers Place.

Negative: There was significant construction in front of the building that we didn’t know about ahead of time, making arrival a bit difficult. The space shows some wear and tear - much of the kitchen drawers say out of order. It looks like some repairs are needed. The spiral staircase is not for everyone - would be tough for anyone with mobility issues.

Summary: It was a nice space for a weeekend in Edmonton and the hosts were very responsive when we had a question. . Nice to have
