Summary: Enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being close to Rogers Centre where we were attending a concert. Room was clean and comfortable. Was it worth the expensive price... well I expected a little more for the amount we paid and I've been in nicer rooms for less. That said, for a night on the town the location and convenience is perfect. Had a nice meal at Braven in the hotel. A bonus to have such a great resto in the hotel.

Summary: Hotel, staff and everything about the hotel was great. Would be mindful that the surrounding area is a little bit sketchy so plan wisely if you aren’t comfortable in those areas.

Summary: We chose to pay the high price of staying at this hotel for convenience of location. We thought it would save time from driving etc. But we spent so much time waiting. Waiting to check in, waiting for rooms, waiting for the elevator every time we needed to go to our room. We also had to unfortunately be part of a fire drill at 3 am. Which understandably can happen, but then we waited another 45 minutes to an hour for the elevator. After walking down 21 flights of stairs, waiting outside for half an hour and then waiting another 30 minutes in the lobby, then a 45 minute elevator wait, we inquired if there was water available to which we were told no. Its clear paying high price for the convenience of the location is not convenient when you spend many hours in your one night stay waiting in line for a elevator. We also paid $65 for parking, and when we called down to request our car we were told no we had to come down to the lobby to ask for our car, to which we did and guess what. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our car to be brought around. Not worth it in my opinion, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Summary: Your experience starts the second you enter the property. The Valets greet you and you have the choice of Valet or self-parking. Then you get to the front desk where you are greeted warmly like an old friend. The property is modern and impeccably clean. The room was amazing. Comfortable and again, very clean. Can’t wait to go back!!
