Summary: Fell far short of expectations. Arrived late and sheets had been laundered but had bodily fluid stain. Response when I reported was apologetic but not what I’d expect from a luxury hotel especially given it was a basic cleanliness issue. Hotel generally fine otherwise. I left a pair of pants in room and I only discovered the hotel had found them when I called several days after I checked out, and then billed me 67 dollars to send the pair of pants from Edmonton to Toronto. Also (and not connected to my star rating) the standard room does have any kind of a desk which seems odd for a hotel in a place that’s not in a heavy tourist destination.
