Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay. We were there with 2 other couples for the CMA Fest and the house worked perfectly. We had no issues and the communication was great! Convenient location, was about 2 1/2 miles from downtown Nashville.

Summary: We had a great time at the house! Loved all the space, the abundance of rooms and sitting space, and particularly loved the pool table - we played for hours and gave us a great activity to do. There's also a closet full of games we pulled out and enjoyed! Really close to city center and it was perfect for our big, visiting family to explore the area.

Summary: We regretted that we weren’t staying longer so that we had more time to enjoy the house. There are several cosy sitting areas and a fantastic porch, the most comfortable beds anywhere, a great supply of games, books and music, and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent and Chad was a friendly and responsive host. Definitely would recommend it as a place to stay in Nashville.
