Summary: The Conrad was a beautiful hotel! I watched the sunset from the pool, which was lovely. My room was large, elegant and the bathtub was spa-like. I chose to stay in for room service than go out to enjoy my room.

Summary: Staff was great. Room was a little weathered, carpet stains, marks on walls. Bed was uncomfortable, all four of us thought so. 2 doubles in room. There should be a little table on the left side of the bed just like the one on the right side of the other bed. Both beds share the table in the middle and the bed to the right side has a little table on the right side of the bed and the bed on the left side of room does not have a little table on the left side of bed. If they are two people in the bed one person does not have anywhere to put things. It was annoying. Food service very slow but food was good. I did not like the server giving me everything a la cart one morning and making the bill higher. I also asked for a splash of soda water in my juice and he brought me a 7.00 bottle of club soda seperately. So he

Summary: This hotel and its staff are excellent. Absolutely 0 issues with the building or the team of people. We got 0 sleep because of it being located where it’s. It was nothing but motorcycle and cars raving their altered exhaust and doing burnouts at the intersection all night long. We were there on a Friday night so I am sure it’s a little different during the week. We just did not get any sleep and made the price not worth it. This is not the hotels fault at all but it is enough to make me warn anyone who is wanting to stay here.

Summary: We found this hotel to be top notch. Customer service was excellent and the room was modern and comfortable. We absolutely loved the cookies that we received at turndown service. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Nashville.

Summary: Absolutely incredible. We encountered so many staff who blew us away with their service (Charles, Mason, Howard… just to name a few) This property is convenient to Vanderbilt University and so many of the amenities around Nashville. The hospitality at this hotel is top-tier and we will definitely be staying there again.
