Summary: The location was perfect for our guests attending a wedding at Buttermilk Falls. Communication was quickly responded to by the host and they accommodated our two requests. The house was clean and comfortable.The only negative I could see, which did not apply to our group, was the property had a couple step up or downs into rooms and the stairs to the second floor were narrow. So if someone has difficulty walking or climbing stairs, this may not be the house for them.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! Our group visited the Jehovah's Witnesses Bethel facilities. The home was nice and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. There is a nice grocery store about five minutes away too. We would definitely book with them again!

Summary: We were very comfortable. The house was charming and felt very clean. And the location was perfectly located for visiting Warwick, Wallkill, and Patterson.The kitchen had everything we needed and the dishwasher was a great bonus. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The large dining table fit the 7 of us perfectly. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms.We had "neighbors" staying in "Side B" during our stay at "Side A", but there were no issues.A clothes washer and dryer would have been nice. But overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving week reunion at this beautiful property. We chose to rent both sections and that was the best idea for the amount of people that we had this home is centrally located very clean, and incredibly charming. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s very old and therefore has some sloping in a few floors but overall I was very impressed. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The makeup room was our favorite! With 5 girls in the house, it made getting ready so easy! We lost power in that room one morning due to a breaker but when I contacted the manager he sent someone out right away to fix it. Great communication from the manager whenever I had a question. Would definitely stay here again. fix it.
