Summary: Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Great location for walking into Santa Monica and acces to the freeway for getting into LA. We had a suite which was spacious and clean - perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool too. Marked down one star because of the cost of the parking $55 per day plus tax and also the housekeeping did not replenish things like cups or coffee pods so we kept having to ask for them. Other than that it was all good and I would stay here again

Summary: Great location with walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Overall a good clean hotel. Only issue was that our room felt humid which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Summary: Weed smell inside room when (workers ? ) Smoke near valet parking. Bed was good and pellows also. Good water presure and location also good. But note near to road and highway entry! Normal cars was ok. Modified axhaust cars noises was terrible when try to sleep. So ask room far away from road side !

Summary: The hotel and its staff were fantastic. The room was gorgeous and bigger than we anticipated. Our room location on the 7th floor looked out to the ocean. Here are our only concerns: upon check in they had a security guard in the lobby. The front staff said it was normal procedure on the weekends. I understood why as we were walking back from dinner one night and there was a homeless man passed out in the bushes on the hotel property. Also, there is only valet parking available on site ($55 night) BUT they were prompt and courteous when we called for the car. It would have been nice to have another option. The only other disappointment was we were hoping to have a quick drink upon checking in but we were told the restaurant/bar didn’t open until 5pm (on a Friday). Not sure if this was due to staffing or ???. This trip was for a specific event nearby at Venice Beach. Had the hotel been in a nicer area we would consider staying there again when visiting.
