Location Location Location! This super stunning charming & modern Craftsman is just steps from the sand in Santa Monica is truly the definition of fine beach living. This beach house is perfect for a couples retreat or family vacations. You cannot get a better location than this!
This home is the quintessential beach retreat. Highlights include White oak wood floors, Carrara tile, quartz counter tops, top of the line appliances & vaulted ceilings. Great for entertaining, the large living room is surrounded by period double hung windows that drench the house w/sunlight. A formal dining room great for any soirée or large family gathering. The kitchen family room combo features an exposed trestle ceiling, a cozy fireplace & a spectacular kitchen w/ tons of counter space. The back patio has been lushly landscaped & is anchored by a great fire pit, great for hanging out & dining alfresco on all those great sunny So Cal days. With details at every turn, this home exudes charm and character w/ 5 star amenities!
This 2 story beach house comes fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen. We provide towels, beach towels and toiletries.
Please be aware that the street is located on a pedestrian walkway with two flight of stairs leading to the beach. There is no parking on the premises. Beach lot parking is 150 ft away from the house.
We provide ONE beach lot parking permit and it is not a reserved spot. Parking is first come, first serve and can be limited during peak season and times.
We highly recommend Uber or Lyft. A trip to Hollywood or Downtown LA would only be $15-20 fare.
The City of Santa Monica has one of the most extensive transit networks among Cities of its size. Rent a Breeze Bike Share, ride the Big Blue Bus or take Metro/Expo Line. Metro will travel all the way to DTLA!
Guests have full access to the house and the outdoor spaces.

Bedroom Layout:
Each bedroom comes with one bed. The 2nd floor shares one bath. The first floor has two baths. The master suite is located on the first floor and has it's own private bath with walk-in closet.
Entertainment:
TVs are located in the entertainment room next to the kitchen, the master suite and sun porch bedroom.
Your beach house is perfectly situated in the most ideal location. You are steps from the beach and two blocks from the Santa Monica Pier. In less than 5 minutes, you can either walk to the 3rd street promenade for endless retail therapy or main street for small beach town cafes and pubs. You are in the heart of Santa Monica. If you want brunch or cocktails with a beachfront view, our beach house perfectly situated next to hotels like Shutters and Casa Del Mar.

Summary: A first class stay and the hosts make you feelLike you are at a fine hotel. The house has every amenity. We cooked and bbquedWhen we did not each out. Communication with the host was always immediate.-In Many VRBO stays I’ve had there was a long list of check out instructions - not here. That increased the relaxation of our time. I love this area of Santa Monica - it holds wonderful family memories and stories. The proximity to the beach is amazing -I took a long walk each morning -And sometimes rented a bike to pedal down through Venice beach, buying artwork and bracelets. The only consideration is the parking. If you arePlanning to use your car during the height of the weekends you may not be ableTo enter the reserved lot and you may have to find street parking.

Summary: This was a perfectly appointed, upgraded place. The location is in the thick of the touristy beach/pier area and yet its location feels very tucked away and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to have “all the fun” and get back for kid naps and adult downtime. Amazing!

Summary: Where do I begin?! This home is pristine- everything about it. Love how private and safe it feels, yet in the heart of Santa Monica! Kitchen cabinets stocked with cooking oils, spices, nespresso coffee pods, beach towels, soap & shower toiletries, extra toilet paper & paper towels. Once you arrive there’s nothing to worry about, the owner has thought of everything! Lots of space for my three teenagers to spread out and each have their own room! I hope we can come back in the future!!!

Summary: Really enjoyed staying here. Its perfect, so close to beach, the pier and activities. Once you park no need to drive. Restaurants walking distance, Carls Cafe 1 minute walk with great breakfast. Rented 2 bikes and rode to Veince and back. Recommended renting an old fashion pedlal bike, cheaper and fun I will come back forsure

Summary: Love this place, incredible location. Really hard to get any better, would go back tomorrow. Love the little side street, parking is easy and right there, 150 yds to beach, right by pier, walking to great restaurants. General layout of the home is a little weird in that it has a full bath not attached to a bedroom downstairs but other than that you can't complain. I would go back in a second. So 1 master bedroom downstairs 3 Bedrooms upstiars with one full bath 1 Full bath downstairs separate from Master.
