Summary: Hotel was clean but we did not get housekeeping service which hilton says every member gets it daily as complimentary which is not true. Will have to rethink our next trip to any hilton.

Summary: Confused when checked in. We had the reservation start the day before (we had to change our arrival date). Because we went 3rd party there was nothing they can do. So, we got there the day after our reservation started (4:00 pm). And no room was ready. I literally spoke to someone the day before who assured me we had a room. Remember, I am paying for a room I didn’t use. When we got there, we were noted as a no-show……….?????? We were offered a 50 dollar credit to use which was nice but we heard (SEVERAL) times how short staffed and busy they were. Unprofessional. The client doesn’t care. The 2nd night, we had no hot water in the showers. That was fun. Positives…… Dave in the bar and overall service. Seems contradictory but you had to experience it to understand.

Summary: Upon checking, the concierge was not very friendly. There were a lot of construction workers staying at the hotel. There were no perks and no amenities. The facility was run down. For the same price, we could have stayed at the autograph in Santa Cruz, which is much nicer and much more family. Friendly atmosphere I was quite surprised that this was actually a hilton.

Summary: Didn’t have daily room cleaning! We stayed for 4 nights and had our room cleaned 1 day, out of 4! Had to call to get clean towels and wash cloths on the non cleaned days! Couldn’t believe this was supposed to be a Hilton!

Summary: Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Hotel is very nice. $17 for overnight parking. No complementary breakfast. Pool was very busy at 5pm on Sunday evening. Full of children but what can I say it was Memorial Day weekend. Room was nice and clean.

Summary: The neighbors we had were having a sex party and just few hours later an intoxicated couple argued all night so got about 2 hours of sleep the 1st night we arrived. The room was ok, the power strip attached the desk was riped off and needed when you are working and need access to power, it could have been helpful. Not to mention the thermostat was fixed on 69 degrees which was fairly hot and a few other guests mentioned the same thing in passing. Also charged for a smoking fee even though no smoking in the room took place. Not what I I expected from a Hilton considering the pictures online were good. Seems they take a blind eye to prostitution and public intoxication. Oh not to mention 25 dollars for breakfast and 18 bucks per night to park your vehicle seems a bit steep consideringit was 230 a night. For 2 nights ended up costing me over 800 bucks, for that level of service we could have taken our business elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend.

Summary: Maid service was not good. They skipped cleaning my room one day. The next day they did service my room but they didn’t restock the coffee bar or clean it.
