Here you will find a beautiful forest road leading to a stunning 23-acre property with its own serene pond and winding walking trails. This location is for Adults-Only, perfect for those who enjoy being surrounded by the rich diversity of Northern California’s natural world including the famous Redwood forests while still being able to access all that the area has to offer.
Located right between San Jose and Santa Cruz and a 10 min drive on a beautiful mountain road off highway 17.
Your unit is located on the 1st floor with separate entrance and no other units are connect.
This newly remodeled One bedroom apartment is quiet, clean & cozy. The unit has a comfortable queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, a dresser and chair. Full bathroom with standing shower. For all of our guests, we provide spa-grade towels and toiletries available for use. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials, medium sized fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and portable induction cooktop. Living room has a very comfortable premium full sofa with a pullout mattress, dining table with ample seating, and an electric fireplace. The space also comes with a new air conditioning & heating unit in the bedroom.
Additional rules
- Pets are NOT allowed. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your deposit and you will be asked to check-out early without a refund.
- We kindly request that there be no parties or drug use.
- Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside by the fountain.
- No swimming, boating or fishing in the pond.
- No Shoes Inside the home please!
- Only light cooking.
- No Unregistered Guest: only the specific guests are allowed on the premises. - No group gatherings other than registered guests. If you have any extra guests, we will charge you from your deposit $70 per additional guest
- Will be an additional 'linen' charge $30 for two people who use sofa beds and that guests must request the extra bed before booking.
- The spa area is available for use up to 1.5 hours for each booked night.*

Summary: Beautiful property. It felt like we were at home. Very cozy, friendly, and family friendly service. Amenities were like no other, and we just loved enjoying our coffee outside overlooking the pond. We can't wait to go back. Most certainly recommend them, and we will be back.

Summary: A five-star choice you meet the host when you first arrive and unless you are in need of something you never hear or see them again but will respond to any form of communication almost instantly The rooms were immaculate and the grounds around it well maintained and immaculate an oasis in the forest the mountains of Santa Cruz Los Gatos everything was just as described it truly is a mini resort spa a place to relax and connect or reconnect with yourself or a special person You feel like you're far away deep in the forest but you are really minutes away from downtown Los Gatos,wineries and a unique grocery store where you can find just about anything you need if you venture away from the property which is hard to do Thank you for allowing me to stay in your beautiful place

Summary: If you are ready to go relax somewhere, and just be away from the city life and the fast life and have a great time. Do not take my word for it, this is the place to go. Staff was awesome, you are greeted as you enter the property, you drive into the gates as if your entering a fairy-tale. You get shown around the amazing property, where in almost every nook and cranny you can sit and relax. Sit by the pond, sit under the gazebos or just under the stars. Yet do not forget to hit the amazing spa/sauna, so far the best one I have been to. Amazing stay! Will be back.

Summary: The property is even more lovely than the photos. ~ It is located at the end of a long and winding road, however, the journey to Oleg's property adds to its charm. The private use of the spa was something we would expect at a five-star hotel and was delightful. And, our exchanges with our host and his friendliness added to our enjoyment. We look forward to a return visit

Summary: BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPED PROPERTY SURROUNDED BY FORREST IN THE SANTA CRUZ/LOS GATOS HILLS. BEWARE > THE WINDING ROAD IS CHALLENGING THOUGH. OUR UNIT WAS CLEAN, QUIET & WELL STOCKED. A FULL SIZE REFRIG. WAS A PLUS, THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE SHOWER WAS GREAT. THE GROUNDS ARE PEACEFUL WITH RELAXING SITTING AREAS. THE SPA WAS WONDERFUL > TOP QUALITY. OUR HOSTS, OLEG AND ELENA WERE MOST FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. NO T.V. > HOWEVER, ELENA WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US ACCESS TO THE INTERNET.
