Summary: I love the hotel, but personnel at reception is not very consistent. The guy that checked me in denied me breakfast, despite my gold Honor status. I had to clarify with another guy in the next day, who was very helpful. At check out, I specifically asked if the invoice would be in my company's address and the lady confirmed. When I got it a few minutes later per e-mail, it was on my personal address.

Summary: Great stay for the most part, but had one big issue. Staff were very helpful and friendly, again for the most part. I woke up early on Tuesday morning with the room being really hot. The aircon had failed and was pumping out hot air. So I turned it off and went to open the window, window wouldn't open. I spent the rest of the night under a towel soaked in cold water to stay cool. Reported both issues to reception before leaving for work. Returned 9 hours later to find nothing had been done. They hadn't had anybody look at the issues.

Summary: Clean, quiet and spacious room. Helpful staff. Good tip from receptionist on Wiesbaden and Mainz sights. If you are staying in the City annexe across the bridge between the main hotel and the annexe, the Möhrstrasse car park might be of use as it is below the annex.
