Summary: Really disappointed. I booked a deluxe room which I’ve stayed in before. You used to get a facecloth, individual toiletries, a bath robe and free water in the fridge. This time none of these. Apart from A walk in shower instead of a bath, what differences are we paying for?? I also asked when I checked in if it would be ok if I stayed until 12pm instead of 11am and that I was happy to pay. The man at reception said it would be fine and complementary. Unfortunately it appeared he hadn’t written this on my room, so at 11.10, the staff were ringing me to say I had to leave. I tried to explain that I’d asked to leave at 12pm/ but to no avail

Summary: Lovley upgraded modern room. Bar and lobby didn’t feel cosy. Menu limited . Didn’t have any Sauvignon blanc - could only end of what was left on bottle. A bit pricey for what was pub food at best. Curry wasn’t very hot temperature.
