Positive: Nice and cozy, clean and everything as stated. Lovely place, peaceful road and great host.

Negative: A drain issue on road , slight smell of blocked drains and a constant dripping or pouring water at times from next door we much I’m sure is being dealt with.

Positive: Great accommodation studio, very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for the stay. Very handy kitchenette, walk in shower, and comfortable bed.

Positive: The accommodation was really nice and well suited to our preference. The place was really clean and it was a quiet area so it was really good to have a good night sleep after the chaotic day in London. The area where it is is also quite local to food and lots of different diverse places so it makes it a good place for eating and also just for sleeping. The horse was really great They were very accommodating to with Wi-Fi TV and some tea with snacks which made it very nice. There was a complimentary drink as well. The place is great for a short stay and it makes you feel quite homely, especially if you are with a partner. I really liked the place and the price was decent considering the area. I will definitely look again if I’m around Croydon.

Positive: Loved it! Perfect location, quiet, excellent facilities, really comfy sofa bed, easy to access, great communication and interaction with the host. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Positive: The cleanliness of the apartment and its good location, quite close to East Croydon train station for London or Gatwick airport. The owner was really nice and the neighborhood very peaceful.

Negative: Everything was great, but perhaps some more kitchen utensils would have been useful.
