The hotel team surprised us with a beautifully prepared room, along with a cake, chocolates, and a lovely complimentary drink to celebrate our special occasion — such a thoughtful gesture! From the Guest Services Manager to every single staff member — including those at the gate, security, reception, executive lounge staff, and restaurant — the service was simply outstanding.
