Positive: The hotel staff were very nice, especially Fateme. She was extremely kind, helpful, and gave us useful information during our stay, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean, the room size was very good, and the location is excellent very close to Taksim, which made it easy to get around.

Negative: The only negative point was the breakfast. It really needs improvement. The selection was poor, with few fresh items, and I hardly found anything to eat. Adding more fresh and varied options would make a big difference.

Summary: Overall, a good stay thanks to the staff and location, but breakfast needs attention.

Positive: The hotel is very good, with a large room, comfortable beds, and plenty of furniture. The bathroom is nice and clean. The staff were very kind and attentive. We would like to thank Mr. Mustafa, and Resul and Omar at the reception, for their warmth. Resul always tried to help us and answered all our questions; he is very caring and a truly good person. As for the kitchen, there is a buffet with very delicious and diverse dishes. The ladies stand out with their attentiveness and respect. Many thanks to Bedia, Sasha, and Aisha. The hotel is close to Taksim Square and many sightseeing places. There are also shops and a children’s playground just a few meters away. In short, I can confidently say that I truly recommend staying here.💙 When I come to Istanbul again, I already know where I will stay. 💙
