Positive: The king studio was big and had a nice view of the city.

Negative: The concierge was not helpful when we asked about a parcel delivery, and just directed us to the delivery shelf without checking the chat I had with the hotel. Rooms were dated and the carboards in the kitchen were cracked in places.

Summary: Big but old. Staff could be more helpful

Positive: What a stunning hotel and the breakfast offering was outstanding. The room was beautifully decorated and appointed (stand alone bath and sea view). I would recommend to anyone.

Negative: All the hotel guest rooms are on high floors as there are residential apartments on the lower floors. We loved being high but if you don't, this may not be a good choice for you.

Positive: Location is absolutely perfect. Room was great. And its very handy that you have washing machine. Views ar great can see lot of Haikou.

Negative: Only small thing what annoyed me, that from 26th floor you need to go all the way down and then take another lift for breakfast and go up to 33th floor.
