Positive: It’s was huge. You have everything what you need for a hotel holiday. The staff were friendly and willing to support you.

Negative: Many of the facilities were closed. Especially the jacuzzi at the swimming pool were a big disappointment for us that they were not open.

Positive: Fantastic breakfasts, very comfortable beds, and coffee capsules with two different roasts complement the comfort provided by the hotel.

Negative: The staff speaks English very poorly. Having one receptionist who is fluent in English is not enough. We had an issue with paying by credit card and had to wait for a specific receptionist to resolve the problem. It may be a minor detail, but it's always worth improving. However, everyone was very friendly and smiling.

Negative: our hotel room aircon had a musty smell and we had our 1 year old daughter who had to sleep in that the first night. it was my daughters first bday and the hotel offered to prepare a cake for her which I asked them to deliver before lunch. they ended up telling me on the day that the cake would be ready at 7pm, my daughter had no birthday cake, and it was too late for me to order one.
