Positive: Friendly staff despite communication issue. Of course we are guests of china so we should learn some Chinese ourselves. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Negative: We only stayed for the night so we didn't have time to explore the area more.

Positive: Staff were excellent! Couldn’t be more helpful! Big shout out to the driver who picked us up from the airport and dropped us there in the morning! (Wr Jiang) apologies if this is wrong. He gave truly a 5 star experience for our transit stopover. Thank you

Negative: I think we got given a smoking room, so there was a strong musty smell to our room. It wasn’t completely clean, there were marks and smudges on the bed head board, sofa had a stain which hadn’t been cleaned.

Summary: Service and staff were excellent. Room was spacious and has everything we needed. Location was great! A few restaurants

Positive: Close to the airport and a one way airport transfer was offered.

Negative: The surrounding as we had to travel a distance away to get good selection of food.

Positive: We had a long transit in Haikou ad we stayed at this beautiful hotel . Name says all because it’s a one Gem. The owner Laura was very helpful and her communication is excellent. All the staff is very very helpful. It’s a very modern hotel close to airport. We had a free shuttle from the hotel to pick us up and our driver Xhiangi was very friendly and helpful. They also booked us a transport back to the airport. We only had little time in this trip but we will definitely come back to explore more . Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who want to explore Haikou .

Negative: Nothing . Every thing was exceptional.

Summary: We all had an amazing very comfortable stay at One Gem Hotel .

Positive: Luxurious hotel, very reasonably priced. 20min drive from the airport and the hotel staff made it so easy to book a driver for me- checking in at 4am. Both drivers were really friendly too. Really appreciate the good communication over message with hotel on booking.com.

Positive: The owner, Lura, is super helpful and meticulous. Our flight was at 11.30 pm, and we requested a late check out. She arranged everything smoothly with an extra charge Y150. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with smart features. We were very impressed with "xiao du". They even provided us with an anti slip mat because we have an 86 years old grandma with us. There was also free supper "green bean soup". Highly recommended!
