Positive: I appreciated the staff and the attentiveness to meet my needs and the needs of my friends. The beds are amazingly comfortable! We slept well.

Negative: The jacuzzi was not clean. However; once addressed, the staff asked maintenance to address the issue. The turnaround time was swift. We were able to get into the pool and jacuzzi after a long day.

Summary: Excellent Service, amazing sleep, and perfect location!

Positive: The room was spotless and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast a la carte was amazing. There were so many options and their chef and restaurant staff were extremely kind and professional. This hotel is a GEM in Yakima!

Negative: They had two luggage carts for the entire building I only saw one that was used by some commercial organization. 15 dollars a night for parking in an exposed outer parking lot, good chance I won't be staying here again.
