Summary: We loved the history of the building, and the overall feel of the home. We had plenty of room for our group of 10, and everyone had a bed. Also had plenty of off street parking.

Summary: Overall, I’d say the stay was uneventful and “just fine for a night”. It’s hot in Yakima in the summer. The AC was on but failed to cool the upper level where the main areas and main bedroom were. While the lower level was decent, the upper was uncomfortable throughout the stay. Checked the upper level vents and no air was flowing at all. I don’t think it dropped below 80 upstairs. I’d just ask that this get fixed, especially in the summer months. There’s plenty of room and functionality and it will definitely sleep a ton of people.

Summary: Attempted multiple times to contact property owners about 2 issues and they never got back to me. Property was only cleaned partially when we arrived - especially the front porch area/lawn.

Summary: The inside of the house was great. There was plenty of space for our group. The heat worked well. Everything was functional. I had to contact the propery manager when I was accidentally locked out. She was able to help me on the phone and resolved the problem quickly. I did not expect the house to be in a commercial area. There were not enough towels and limited kitchen items.
