Positive: The room was very comfortable

Negative: There was no hot tea in the lobby when we arrived (even two-star establishments have it); our room phone was defective and the desk clerk couldn't hear us; the light-blocking curtain on our window would not close so the light kept us awake; the air conditioner was very loud, which kept us awake (and we had to turn it off); when our AC was off we could hear the roar of other units; we heard all the footfalls of people above us; and the breakfast wasn't complimentary (in a hotel as expensive as this, the breakfast should have been included in the price). We ate elsewhere. We weren't impressed.
