Summary: We had a lovely time. Our extended family was in town and the layout was great for a large number of guests. Each room had enough space for privacy, but was close enough for everyone to know what’s going on. The house could use some freshening up. It was clean, but some things didn’t work, like the coffee pot, oven, some burners, the fireplaces. But the house is well equipped so we made due. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. We would book it again!

Summary: My family was excited to stay in this premier location. It has several beds and rooms so everyone in my family had their private space. There was a myriad of dishes and the basics were available. All the TVs had a Roku so we could stream our shows in our rooms. The furniture is a mixed style but comfortable.Upon arrival, it's clear that this property is a work in progress. The master bathroom does not have hot water while the rest of the house does. Upon first look, the beds were clean but some of the blankets were not. The cleanliness overall was subpar with dust and dirt all over the ground that our items were dirtied immediately. The dryer was still running with a load of towels that had not been put away.For a property that is so strict on proper cigarette disposal, it was clear that this was not enforced. There were cigarette butts strewn across the entryway rocks and the garage reaked of cigarettes.The garage was full of debris and the fridge was not plugged in. In addition, there is a woodpecker infestation in the house. We understand that this house is a work in progress and hope this review helps along the way.

Summary: The home is in a beautiful area with nice large window! There was so much space for all our extended family to hang out and reconnect for a local wedding! The guests that stayed had such wonderful things to say and we all fit in the kitchen island area which is so big and inviting! We had all we needed as far as supplies throughout the kitchen and home! The host is fast to reply and wonderful to work through!

Summary: We had 2 families staying at the house for the weekend while we hosted a 4th of July family gathering and graduation party at the house for local family. This is the 2nd time renting this house, 3rd time renting from Brandie and will do it again! The listing is exactly how it looks and it is perfect for our needs. Brandie responds quickly when issues arise (which have been minor and not effected our overall stay) and fixes them just as quickly. We were very happy with our stay!
