Positive: Lovely hotel in a great location. Good sized room and good facilities

Negative: E:mailed them to ask about dinner arrangements for Thanksgiving and didn't get a reply. Ended up arranging to go out to a restaurant only to find that we could have eaten in. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Negative: Room is very cramped. To pass by the foot of the bed you have to move the desk chair out of the way. Also, the one place to charge electronics is on the side of the desk right next to the wall. Very hard to access. You have to feel your way to plug a charger in. On the Sunday I stayed the TV system for the whole hotel was out. Nothing was said at check in. A serious matter on a Sunday during football season. It took a pointed discussion to get some reduction in fees for the inconvenience. Somewhat reluctantly they comped the 25-dollar parking fee.

Summary: Cramped room, Charging port almost inaccessible.

Positive: Bed was comfortable, staff were very friendly.

Negative: No kettle in room. No tea bags. No spoons or ceramic cups. A spa or sauna would be really nice.
