Negative: Very basic items had to be requested multiple times during four night stay - empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner in room from beginning, only decaf coffee pods in room. Strange that we also had to request another roll of toilet paper twice- you’d think there would be one back up in a room where three people at staying? Or at least replaced during every other day cleaning?

Negative: Canyon Cafe was closed on 2 of the 7 nights, so I had to go over to Embassy Suites. As a long time Hilton Honors member that is unacceptable.
