Positive: It was Beautiful with a lot of amenities

Negative: I felt heard when I asked for special accommodations but wasn’t told that digital Hilton honor members can select their own room without checking in to the front desk . Why this was crucial is because their was a note stating if at all possible do not place anyone in & around my room due to my PTSD & hypersensitivity to noise. At the end of 1st night I had two rooms & across the hall from me taken which triggered my condition. I did let front desk know & that’s when I learned abt the “digital Hilton members” option. 2nd night was much better

Summary: I felt very welcomed! Room was clean & bright. Lots to choose from on TV
