Negative: Finding secure parking was difficult. There was an extra lot, but we didn't see cameras. We were fortunate to find a space closer to the hotel.

Positive: Check in was smooth. Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff friendly and helpful.

Negative: Noticed some stains on the elevator floor. When we got to the room, it was not the room type that I had booked. Went down to the front desk and spoke with Jackie about it. She explained that during the renovations the hotel was getting rid of the whirlpool tubs and had gotten rid of the hot tub in the pool area as well. This was a huge disappointment as it was one of the main reasons I had booked a room at this establishment. Jackie did give us vouchers for free dessert and free breakfast. I don’t feel that really made up for the room error, but I wasn’t going to argue as that is the most she probably could do. Then my husband and I showered and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. It took three towels to mop it up. Getting out of it was a safety hazard. We did report that to the front desk. We did notice other concerns with the room that we reported upon check out this morning, like the bathroom door does not close all the way and the room door had trouble staying shut as well. We were told the room was going to be put as out of service and maintenance would look at the room. That’s great and all, and the front desk was very kind and helpful, but I do feel for what I had thought we were going to be staying in and for what I paid for, this was a subpar stay to say the least.
