Positive: Property I like the location which works perfect for us because our parents live near Hillside making it a short drive when returning from visiting them. It is near Luquillo beach and the Kioskos where we enjoy going to. Also it is near supermarkets, shopping centers and the outlet mall. We are familiar with Rio Grande so it feels like our second home. This PH Hillside has a beautiful view of the ocean, that you can see from the balcony or the rooftop. The above area is so amazing and private that in a previous trip we would go upstairs to PH roof to see the sunrise in our PJs or later in the day go up to sit and talk about life. The PH apartment has enough room that if you area party of 8, everyone has an area for themselves. The rooftop has a bathroom also which is very convenient. In this trip my husband and I felt comfortable and safe after a long day of being out. Everything was clean and the owner communicated with me in a timely fashion, was respectful and friendly when I had a question or concern. I look forward to returning either as a couple or with more family members next time.
Negative: I really do not have anything bad to say about the property.

Positive: Everything was perfect! I stayed here last year. This year was just as perfect. It's a beautiful home away from home but with amazing views. I could honestly just stay in most days just gazing at the ocean view. It is so tranquil and definitely somewhere to just unwind and relax.

Positive: It was a great penthouse apartment. It has an amazing view of the ocean and the surrounding area. There is a full size private roof area. The rooms are spacious and fit our family of 8 comfortably.

Positive: The host were responsive to our needs and any concerns we had. The view is amazing from the dining area, the master bedroom, the balcony, and especially the rooftop. All these options for a family of 7. Everyday we woke up we were in awe of the beauty before our eyes. I love the ocean so I felt at peace the whole time I was there. There were days when we were just all sitting upstairs talking and taking in the view and would forget our plans. I am definitely returning. This is the first place ever where I felt I was in a home away from home (and I've stayed at 5 star hotels but they just don't compare). Loved it! We all loved it! If you want peace and beautiful views I definitely recommend.
