RENTAL AGREEMENT
All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. Summary: What an amazing experience!! From our rep, Melanie to the whole experience, nothing but perfection. I truly believe you will not find a nicer property in Rio Grande or the surrounding areas. Eveything was as it was portrayed. Excellent customer service, on top of it ALL.

Summary: Wow! Where to begin. This property is very clean with ample room and great amenities. Communication with the property manager was superb. Fabian was quick to answer questions about the property. The views are fenomenal! On one side your view includes the Atlantic coast while the other is a view of El Yunque rain forest. Honestly, this visit was truly relaxing. Many naps were taken on the covered patio while enjoying the tropical breeze, which was almost constant. No need for AC if you chose not to use it. By far one of the better stays in Puerto Rico. Close to San Juan, Fajardo, El Yunque. Awesome stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Summary: Beautiful property! We spent so much of our time on the upper outdoor area by the pool. So relaxing. Property was clean. It was somewhat difficult to find as it didn’t pull up on Google maps. Microwave and dishwasher didn’t work either which was inconvenient. Otherwise it was a perfect fit for our family.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Aqua Green! The views are breathtaking and the property is beautiful and well equipped for families. The property manager was responsive and even was able to get us a slightly early check-in. Highly recommend!

Summary: This house was hands down one of the BEST places we've stayed on vacation. I keep saying that is was even better in person than the photos show. Truly indoor/outdoor living with breathtaking 360 degree views from sunrise to sunset. The heated pool was perfect in all weather conditions. One of the best parts was being able to look to the left and see the blue skies over the ocean and to the right to see a massive storm over the rainforest. Also, Jessica, the property manager was very responsive. 5 stars all the way.

Summary: The home is even better than advertised. The view and pool area is spectacular! Plenty of room for our family of 6. We also went onto the resort down the street and enjoyed quiet access to the beach along with their restaurants and the casino for nights of fun. This was a wonderful home and vacation!

Summary: Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids found this property to be amazing! The views were unbelievable and the location was convenient with a 5 minute drive to atv/ horseback ride through the rainforest and only 20 minutes to kayak in a bioluminescent bay. The pool and hot tub were great sizes, though we struggled to heat the hot tub the pool was a perfect swim temperature for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped and outdoor living space had ample comfortable seating. Bathrooms were extremely clean, which was a bonus since two are outside by the pool. That left 2 bathrooms inside to share at nights with all of us- not a big deal as the adults would use the outdoor ones if needed. Management was extremely responsive and answered our questions promptly checking in to make sure we arrived, helping with the pool, etc. The view on New Year’s Eve was fantastic- we could see so many fireworks celebrating the new year. We highly recommend staying here!
